The GoodBar has recently opened in Brookvale, setting new standards for sophistication and Aussie flavors. Founded by Goodradigbee, local specialty distillers, the bar features unique spirits crafted with Australian hardwood cubes for whisky and gin. The signature Death in Paradise cocktail, blending Jamaican rum with passionfruit and honey, is a highlight. Head chef Rob Phillips designs a menu that complements local spirits, offering specialties like Kingfish sashimi cured in Freshwater Gin and smoked duck breast cooked with Ironbark Single Malt. The GoodBar’s ambiance is stylish and inviting. Future plans include hosting unique experiences, tastings, masterclasses, and distillery tours.
