The Coffee
In 2018, the idea of creating a unique coffee shop in Brazil emerged. Inspired by the high quality, simplicity, and perfection of Japanese coffee shops, brothers Carlos, Alexandre, and Luis Fertonani opened their first The Coffee store. Bringing the best of Brazilian coffee combined with the purity and perfectionism of Japan.
The selection and roasting of their beans takes place in the city of Curitiba, through the careful work of their Roasting Master. They have found the ideal roasting profile (or curve), responsible for defining the time and temperature to which the beans will be exposed in the Roaster. With it, they managed to value coffee and highlight its characteristics in the best way. So their customers can enjoy the best they can offer.
