Ocean Rockpool Tour – Charity Swim
The Ocean Rockpool Tour is a Charity Swim Event set on the Northern Beaches of Sydney.
The event is a celebration of the Northern Beaches beautiful Ocean Rockpools while raising funds and awareness for mental health charities.
Catering for all levels of swimming ability, the event provides swimmers a means of challenging themselves to suit their individual preferences.
The community event in January also provides the opportunity to learn more about the Northern Beaches Rockpools, including their unique history.
The next event is planned for the Saturday 18th January 2025.
You can join in. Every word, action and dollar makes a difference.
This event is open to everyone.
Each person sets their own personal challenge and goal.
Examples are:
- Swim in a rockpool for the first time ever
- Swim 20 laps in 3 pools you have never been to
- Swim 50 laps in a favourite Ocean Rockpool
- Try a different swim stroke such as backstroke or butterfly
- Enjoy a swim and explore one or more Rock Pools with a friend that you would not normally go to.
Set your own goal, tell your friends and raise money for mental health.
Each person gets their own personal page on a formal charity system.

Once you sign up, you will receive email confirmation with details on setting up your own charity page (remember to check your spam/junk folder).
Each person takes part at their own risk. While everyone is responsible for their own safety and wellbeing, all participants should also look out for others and ensure they are okay and enjoying the day.
