Forty Beans is a fabulous and charming cafe overlooking stunning North Harbour Reserve, Balgowlah.

The cafe is a great pit stop if you’re doing the Spit to Manly walk, approximately 2km from Manly Wharf or, from the other direction, 7km from the Spit.

You can’t miss the cafe; it is located just behind the playground and has a mural in the front of the “regulars” enjoying their coffees and food.

At Forty Beans you can choose to dine in or take away. It offers quality espresso coffee, smoothies, sandwiches, salads, gelato as well as many delicious baked goods including cakes, slices and biscuits. The cafe chooses to use certified fair trade organic coffee by Toby’s Estate.

Forty Beans is a haunt for locals, is dog friendly and Balgowlah’s best kept secret. It is great for breakfast, morning tea, brunch, lunch or afternoon tea, opening at 8am and closing at 4pm (depending on the weather).
