Bonsai by 4 Pines is a contemporary Japanese Izakaya bar with inspired finishes resembling the loved touch points of Shinjuku’s Golden Gai alleys, bars and towering skyline.

Joji Shikama, Executive chef of 4 Pines Brewing Co, has used his years of experience and culture to create an Izakaya style menu, with classic Japanese techniques and dishes intended to be shared between mates over a fresh beer pouring from the brewery upstairs or a sake bottle.
