Their offerings change daily and is influenced by the seasons and their desire to provide people with better choices for their health.
Berkelo’s naturally leavened loaves do not contain any commercial yeast or additives. Our long fermented breads spend no fewer than eighteen hours cold fermenting before being baked on stone.
No refined sugars or sweeteners are ever used in their kitchen – instead they turn to raw honey and rapadura cane sugar.
