Burcham Clamp Manly Anzac Memorial

Built of trachyte, the Manly Anzac Memorial was one of the earliest
Anzac Memorials erected in Sydney. Donated by the family of Alan
David Mitchell, the first soldier from Manly to die in World War
I, the monument was unveiled by Governor General, Sir Ronald
Munro Ferguson on 14 October 1916.
