Cibaria Manly is kicking off the celebrations for Sydney Bar Week 2026. 55 North at Cibaria Manly transforms into a vibrant beach club inspired by the laid-back glamour of the Mediterranean coast. Settle in for an afternoon of bespoke cocktails, booze-spiked gelato and good company, all set to the soundtrack of Italian disco by DJ The Original Roman. At the heart of the experience is a limited-edition cocktail menu featuring Espolòn Tequila and Licor 43, with three exclusive serves created exclusively for the occasion. A menu of Cibaria favourites will be available to order throughout the afternoon, while the Cibaria Gelato Cart showcases a limited-edition, cocktail-inspired flavour range. Dress for the occasion and escape to the Mediterranean. No passport required.
