Join your local Out of The Shadows Walk on World Suicide Prevention Day
Beginning at Queenscliff and following the coastline to Shelly Beach, Out of the Shadows Walk brings our community together for a morning of reflection, connection and hope.
Walk to remember someone you’ve lost to suicide, honour a friend or family member, stand alongside those impacted, or show your support for Australians experiencing emotional distress or mental health challenges. Everyone is welcome.
Together, we’ll acknowledge World Suicide Prevention Day, help raise awareness, challenge stigma and show that no one has to face life’s challenges alone.
Out of the Shadows Walk is free to attend, but RSVPs are essential so Lifeline can plan for the day and ensure everyone feels welcomed and supported.
