Join Community Sing Circle and beloved local “Office Muso” Steve Davies for a joyful, interactive community sing-along on the grass as part of Rise Manly 2026.

Known to many locals for his iconic acoustic sessions by the Manly waterfront, Steve Davies will join Community Sing Circle founder Melissa Williams to guide participants through a relaxed and uplifting musical gathering featuring classic songs, group singing, harmonies, vocal warmups, playful participation and connection through music.

This free outdoor activation invites people of all ages and experience levels to come together in a welcoming, low-pressure environment where everyone is encouraged to join in — whether singing confidently, humming along, listening nearby, or simply soaking up the atmosphere.

Throughout the session, participants will explore:

• Fun vocal and breathing warmups
• Group sing-alongs to well-known songs
• Singing in unison
• Simple backing vocals and harmonies
• Call-and-response style participation
• Community connection through music and shared experience

No singing experience is required.

People are welcome to drop in casually, sit on the grass, participate for part of the session, or stay for the full experience.

Community Sing Circle is a Northern Beaches community initiative created by clinical hypnotherapist and psychotherapist Melissa Williams, designed to bring people together through music, voice, nervous system regulation, creativity and genuine human connection.
