The FANS French Market in Killarney Heights, one of
Sydney’s most anticipated French cultural celebrations, will return this November for its 19th edition.

One of the most well-loved events on the Sydney market calendar, the French Market draws thousands of visitors from across Sydney to enjoy a taste of France on the Northern Beaches. Organised by FANS, the French-speaking Association of the North Shore, the French Market offers an authentic and vibrant day out for the whole family. Featuring over 60 professional vendors, market-goers will find delicious French food, quality homewares, chic fashion and accessories, handcrafted jewellery, and unique gifts. Many products are sourced directly from France or created by French artisans, bringing genuine cultural richness to the event.

Families can expect a lively atmosphere, with a dozen carnival rides, traditional children’s games, and treats such as fairy floss, snow cones, croissants, crêpes, and waffles.

Wander the market streets designed with French flair while enjoying a barista-made coffee and a fresh pain au chocolat. Adding to the ambiance are two music stages with live performances all day. Bookworms won’t want to miss the second-hand book stall, with thousands of French language titles for adults and children alike.

The French Market is a major fundraising event for FANS, the not-for-profit association that has been delivering the French Bilingual Program at Killarney Heights Public School (KHPS) for over 25 years. Over 550 students benefit from the unique program, creating bilingual global citizens with a multicultural outlook
