Crafted exclusively for the occasion by the Garfish kitchen team, this is a lunch designed to celebrate the best of food and wine together.
From freshly shucked Sydney Rock oysters with apple and lychee mignonette paired to the crisp 2025 “Brokenback” Verdelho, to rich roast chicken with pomme purée and velouté alongside the 2014 “Brokenback” Reserve Shiraz, each course has been thoughtfully matched to showcase Leogate’s wines at their best.
Joining Gafish on the day will be Leogate’s Senior Winemaker, who will guide you through the wines, vines, and stories of this renowned winery.
