Three of Rimba Sweat’s sauna suites feature a standard full spectrum infrared sauna, with the perfect amount of space for one – to relax and embrace some alone time. If you’re feeling social, there is two larger rooms, (twice the size of the standard saunas) that are ideal for a sauna with a friend (or if you’re wanting more space to yourself, for instance, to practice yoga). During any sauna session at Rimba Sweat, you can also treat yourself to Colour Light Therapy (chromotherapy) – it’s all part of the package, just choose your desired light colour and experience the healing power of colour by lying underneath the light. Each Rimba Sweat room has its own shower facilities – this means you can finish your sauna session with a shower in the comfort of your own private space.

After your session, be sure to replenish and rehydrate. Refresh yourself with a complimentary cold face cloth that is provided after your session, these have been infused with a blend of essential oils. Rimba Sweat also have a range of refreshments for sale including both alkaline and coconut water, as well as other nutrient dense beverages such as cold pressed juices.
