Terms and Conditions

The starting date of the promotion is 5pm on 29 June 2026. The closing date for entries is 11:59pm on Thursday 2 July 2026.
To enter, entrants must tag a friend in either the Hello Manly Facebook post and like the Hello Manly Facebook page, or tag a friend in the Hello Manly Instagram post and follow the Hello Manly Instagram account.
Each person may only enter the competition once.
Entrants must be at least 18 years old.
Council will not accept entries which are illegal, derogatory, disrespectful or discriminatory in nature or may otherwise bring, or be likely to bring Council or the event into disrepute.
The winners will be selected by random draw from all valid entrants at Northern Beaches Council, 725 Pittwater Road, Dee Why 2100 at 12pm on Friday 3 July 2026.
The winner will be contacted via the official Hello Manly Facebook or Instagram account.
If the winners cannot be contacted with reasonable attempts and has not responded within 24 hours of the draw, a new winner will be drawn.
The winners will be announced by first initial and surname on the Hello Manly website. Entrants acknowledge and agree that their name and response will be published in such a manner.
The prize consists of one carriage ride (maximum 4 people) on the Manly Ferris wheel. Ride is valid until 19 July.
Northern Beaches Council employees and their immediate families/those living in the same household are not permitted to enter the competition.
Northern Beaches Council reserve the right to exercise full decision-making powers and any decision made by Council is final.
Unless requested otherwise, Northern Beaches Council reserves the right to publicly publish the names of prize winner for the purposes of promoting this competition now and in perpetuity.
Use of the prize is at your own risk and Northern Beaches Council does not accept any liability for you or for your guest’s expenses, personal injury, damage, theft or loss.
There is no cash alternative to the prize and the prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.
Northern Beaches Council accepts no responsibility for difficulties experienced in submitting an entry.
Entrants are deemed to accept these terms and conditions by entering the competition.
